New energy passenger car exports increased by 23.7% year-on-year in August
In August, passenger car exports (including complete vehicles and CKD) reached 413,000 units, up 24% year-on-year and 9% month-on-month; from January to August, the cumulative export of passenger cars reached 3.04 million units, up 30% year-on-year.

The outstanding companies in terms of exports in August were: BYD (30,451 units), Tesla China (23,241 units), SAIC Passenger Vehicle (5,128 units), Chery Automobile (4,472 units), SAIC-GM-Wuling (3,427 units), Xpeng Motors (2,500 units), Great Wall Motors (2,394 units), Nezha Auto (1,489 units), Geely Auto (1,402 units), BMW Brilliance (967 units), Dongfeng Honda (953 units), Jiangsu Yueda Kia (950 units), Seres (926 units), Dongfeng Motor (871 units), and JAC Motors (612 units). Other automakers also exported a certain amount of new energy vehicles.
